Fender Guitar Giveaways
While working as a web producer at Fender, one of my responsibilities was to design and develop online guitar-giveaways.
This is how the development process was like: I would receive assets such as photos of artists and pictures of guitars, copy and the required fields. When I had all the assets in my hands, I would create a Photoshop comp that outlined how the giveaway page will look like. Once approved by artist and by Fender staff, I would then program the giveaway into the Fender custom CMS.
The giveaways leads were stored in a database and when the time was up we would randomly pull out a lucky winner.
Throughout my time at Fender, I have created many giveaways. I chose to showcase the Duff McKagan guitar giveaway because Guns N’ Roses is one of my old time favorites
